Applications for the 2022 mid-year Graduate Program are open!

The DHS Graduate Program gives you opportunities to make a difference in the lives of South Australian individuals, families and communities.

From day one, you will work on a range of projects, policies and services to support either our frontline staff, or in turn some of the most vulnerable people within the community. The DHS Graduate Program is a challenging and rewarding way to kick-start your career.

Eligibility

You will either have completed a minimum three-year degree within the last three years (2019–2021), or will complete your degree by July 2022 from a registered university in one of the following career streams:

  • Behavioural Sciences / Social Sciences
  • Communications
  • Computer Science / Data and Statistics
  • Economics / Health Economics / Population Science
  • Social Policy / Public Policy
  • Human Resources
  • Commerce / Business
  • Law / Legal Studies
  • Psychology
  • Social work.

Employment will start in August 2022

Employment will be for 12 months with a competitive salary, extensive development opportunities and networking activities, and the possibility of further employment upon completion of the program.
