September 2018 - The Contracting & Sector Liaison unit and Brokerage teams have merged
The teams previously known as the Contracting & Sector Liaison unit and the Brokerage team have merged into one – and are now called the Contracting Team.
Both teams have always worked closely together and this merger has enabled us to streamline our functions to better support the sector and provide a timely response to requests.
What this means for you
A single contact point
We have created a duty system with contact via a single phone number and email address. You will still be able to get direct assistance from a Project Officer, who will take your call/email and then assist you with your query.
Should the Project Officer need assistance, they will take your details and get back to you or ensure that the response is provided by the person best placed to assist.
All queries that you previously addressed with either a contract manager or brokerage officer will now be managed via this process.
