  1. Select page sub headings (H2
  2.  Click on the Anchor button and type an ID for this section 
  3.  ID must be unique within the page and are case sensitive.

  1. Create an unordered, bulletted list at the top of the page with each of the H2 sub headings
  2. Highlight a title and click the link button (anchor)
  3. In the URL field, type a hash (#) character followed by the ID you created for the corresponding sub heading (no space after the #)
  4. Repeat this for each sub heading.

  1. Select the complete list of sub heading links
  2. Make sure the whole list is selected by clicking the word "List
  3. Click on the curly brackets (.{ }) and type page-index in the Class field.
