Complaints and feedback

At DHS Disability Services, we offer various ways for the people we support to provide us feedback or make a complaint. We encourage and appreciate all forms of feedback as it enables us to do better. If you think we did a good job or if there's something we can improve on, please let us know.
Your feedback matters to us!

Speak to:

  • someone you trust
  • a staff member
  • others at house meetings.
