Nominate an outstanding volunteer for the Premier’s Certificate of Recognition today!

Recognising volunteers’ contribution is important not only to help retain their services but also to show appreciation for their personal dedication. You can recognise your volunteers' contribution through one of two certificates programs and the South Australian Volunteer Awards.

Premier’s Certificate of Recognition for outstanding volunteer service

South Australian volunteers can be acknowledged for their contributions by the Premier with a signed certificate of recognition for their excellence in volunteering service.

Volunteer-involving organisations and community groups across our great state can nominate one or more of their most outstanding volunteers via the online nomination form.

National Volunteers Week celebrations are held in May each year and provide a great opportunity to present the certificates to your volunteers.

Deadline for applications

Nominations for the Premier’s Certificate of Recognition for outstanding volunteer service are open until Friday 24 March 2023.

South Australian Volunteer Certificates of Appreciation

Alternatively, you can request a Certificate of Appreciation, signed by the Minister for Human Services

These certificates are available free of charge to South Australian-based organisations or community groups and are available from 1 February until 30 November each year.
