Accommodation Services Client Fees Proposed Structure for consultation
Accommodation Services has undertaken a review of Client Fees in 2021 and we are now consulted on a Proposed Structure about Client Fees.
Client Fees are how people supported by Accommodation Services pay for their everyday living expenses. It is usually paid through their Disability Support Pension (DSP).
There are currently 11 different fees, plus individually negotiated arrangements, which means people pay different amounts for the same everyday living expenses. A proposal has been developed from the review process to provide clarity and equity for people supported by Accommodation Services.

Deadline for consultation
The consultation process is open until 5.00 pm on Friday 17 September 2021. We have increased the consultation period by one week, providing more time for you to have your say.
Family Forums in August provided an opportunity for family members and guardians to ask questions about the proposed structure.
