Minimum design and construction requirements
Annexure 2 forms part of SAHT's Design & Construction contract specification. It contains the minimum design and construction requirements, and calls up the design requirements of SAHT's Design Guidelines for Sustainable Housing and Liveable Neighbourhoods.
Property and Maintenance Technical Specification
The Property & Maintenance Technical Specification forms a part of SAHT's maintenance contract specification. It contains the minimum requirements for all maintenance and upgrade works carried out on SAHT dwellings.
SAHT has a process to assess new or innovative products to determine their appropriateness for use in SAHT dwellings. The assessment only relates to the use for SAHT and has no other standing and in no way represents an endorsement of a product. The following form needs to be filled out and all technical data attached to enable an assessment of the product.
