CTSA (formerly known as the Community Passenger Network) provides transport assistance to South Australians under 65 to access community activities, other supports and services, and activities that promote social inclusion and build independence.
CTSA can help by:
- transporting you in a car with a worker or volunteer
- assisting you to access or book suitable transport to meet your needs
- linking you with other community or transport services in your area.
CTSA providers can help you get to places such as:
- medical appointments
- your local shops, library or community centre
- events and social gatherings with friends
- job interviews.

Accessing Community Transport South Australia
Eligibility for people under 65:
To use this service, you must:
- live in South Australia, and
- be aged under 65, and
- experience transport disadvantage, which means you are not able to:
- Drive yourself
- Ask another person to drive you
- Use public transport due to distance, mobility, financial disadvantage, and/or availability of services.
If you are over 65:
To use this service, you must:
- live in South Australia
- be registered with My Aged Care.
