A recruitment pool is a group of registered applicants who may be suitable for consideration for roles or groups of roles across the department. Applicants from the pool can be referred for vacancies as they arise.
Having a pool means we do not need to re-advertise a vacancy, making the recruitment and selection processes more efficient, cost-effective and flexible.
