Calling young people ready to make their mark with the YMCA SA South Australia Youth Parliament!
Applications are open for the 2025 YMCA SA Youth Parliament program, an incredible opportunity for young people to make their mark!
Run by young people for young people, the program is supported by the Department of Human Services and gives young people aged 15 to 25 a platform to share their views on issues they are passionate about, build confidence and leadership skills, and better understand how parliament works.
The program runs from March to July and includes mentoring, a training weekend, a week-long camp and the chance to debate in Parliament House.
Previous participants have prepared Bills on topics like soft plastic recycling, truthful political advertising, youth vaping reduction and more.
