Domiciliary Care

The management of all Domiciliary Care services has transferred to RDNS SA, part of the Silver Chain Group. For more information go to the RDNS website.

Dementia care

A range of services and resources are available to help make the home a safer place, for those living with dementia.

Help at home

Family, friends and neighbours can offer great support for older people, but when they are not available or extra assistance is needed, there are other sources of help.

Home modifications and equipment

The addition of things like ramps, support rails and other equipment can help to make life at home easier and safer for people.

Carer and family support

Information and help for those providing ongoing care and assistance to a person who has a disability, chronic illness (including mental illness), is frail and requires assistance carrying out everyday tasks.

Office for Carers

The South Australian Office for Carers administers the South Australian Carers Recognition Act 2005 and works with other State Government agencies to improve the focus and response of government to the issues of carers.
