Changing password
When you first log in, go up the top left of the screen and click on your name.
A screen opens with your account details.
In the middle of the screen is an option to Change Password. You must enter your current password and then the new password (twice).
When you have finished, go to the bottom left of the screen and click the Update button.
Multi-factor verification
Multi-factor/Two-step verification is where you need to log into R2D2 using a password but also using a code generally generated by your mobile phone.
Two-Step verification is near the bottom of the screen.
To change it (enable or disable) click on the link displayed. A new screen will open. There is a QR code on that screen and a long string of letters and numbers.
Step one
Install a two-factor authentication application. They recommend two different apps — Authy or Google Authenticator. You can download that from the app store and then set up the two-step verification.
Step two
Use one of those apps to scan the QR code displayed on the screen or enter the string of letters and numbers into your app. It will generate a verification code.
Step three
Enter the verification code in the field at the bottom of the screen and click the ‘Verify Code’ button.
Now the key thing with entering the verification code here is that it's going to be six digits long and in the app it might display as if there's a hyphen or a space in between the first three digits and the last three digits. It's really important that for the sake of setting this up that you just enter it as six digits in a row: no spaces and no hyphens.
