Young carer support

The Young Carer Support Service helps young carers aged 5 to 25.

You can get support in ways that work for you — this includes one-on-one help, joining group activities, or connecting with others in support groups. Our program partners can help you build friendships, feel more confident at school, and get more involved in your community.

The Young Carer Support Service is funded by DHS, so it's free for you. Support is generally available for up to 12 months, and if you need more time, we can look at extending it.
