We’re hiring! New roles available to join the ACCO Connections team

DHS recruiting for multiple new roles within the Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCO) Connections team. This is as part of the expansion of services Safer Family Services (SFS) announced earlier this year.

The ACCO Connections team plays a critical role in supporting Aboriginal families who are at risk of entering the care and protection system and need to be connected to the right support at the right time to keep children and young people safe and well in their homes, community, and culture.

Responsible for the initial engagement of Aboriginal families with multiple and complex needs and high-level child protection concerns, the ACCO Connection works closely with ACCOs, government and non-government sector partners, to identify and implement culturally responsive and trauma informed approaches for children and their families in South Australia.

If you know a passionate clinician who is keen to work in partnership with families, and is willing to be part of an inclusive and supportive work environment, please encourage them to consider this exciting opportunity to join DHS.
