DHS wants to hear from you!
Dear sector colleagues,
The Department of Human Services is committed to communicating and engaging with our sector and stakeholders in a way that is timely, inclusive, appropriate and relevant.
We know, however, that there is always room for improvement, so I am writing to you today to ask you to consider completing this online survey that rates how we are meeting your communication and engagement needs.
The past 18 months have demonstrated the importance of not only communicating regularly and clearly, but of the need to truly connect and engage with our stakeholders and partners across the state. The COVID-19 global pandemic has been a timely reminder of just how critical it is that we share and seek information, collaborate and connect to ensure that we deliver the best outcomes and results for the communities that we serve.
I therefore invite you to take five minutes to complete this survey to let us know how you think we have been going. We will be using the survey results to identify what’s working well and where we need to improve, and I look forward to keeping you updated with initiatives in this space.
The survey is now open, and will close on Tuesday 12 October 2021.
If you have any questions about this survey, or need to get in touch, please contact Lyn Metcalf, Lead – Sector Engagement & COVID-19 Response via email at DHSCOVIDResponse@sa.gov.au.
Ngaityalya (Kaurna, thank you)
