Dear sector colleagues,
I am delighted to unveil our new brand at the Department of Human Services. As you’ll see in the video below, our new brand has been developed to better reflect the “human” in Human Services. It is also a reflection of the people we support and the incredible people we employ. As we progressively roll out the new look and feel at DHS, I hope you feel the warmth of the rejuvenated brand as much as I do.
In addition to the brand overhaul, I am also delighted to announce the launch of our new strategic plan that will lead our department into the next three years. Our purpose at DHS is to make a difference so South Australia thrives. This will be at the heart of everything we do and why our new plan places humans — our clients, customers, communities, partners, volunteers and staff — at the centre of our purpose and priorities. The 2022–24 Strategic Plan can be viewed on the DHS website.
An exciting future awaits our department, and I couldn’t be more excited to be working with you to continue to support and deliver our vision of fairness, opportunity and choice for all South Australians.
