People who are SA Water customers

If you are experiencing mains water outages, phone the SA Water Customer Care Centre on 1300 729 283.

Water Replenishment (as a result of preparing for, or fighting, fires)

If the CFS has used your water to fight fires, please:

  1. complete the KI Essential Water Replenishment Form (PDF 132.3 KB)
  2. email the form to CFS Essential Water Replenishment at KIRavineIMT@eso.sa.gov.au.

If you have questions, or need support with water supply, call CFS Essential Water Replenishment on 8553 4446.

Kangaroo Island water replenishment process. Process 1. Essential water replenishment process 1 Landowners call CFS. phone 8553 4446 2 CFS complete form 2 – essential water replenishment request form 3 Approved and sent to servicecontinuity@sawater.com.au. Maximum 9000 L. Escalation issue to contact Tania Davis phone 0409 886 723 4 SA water provides approval and coordinate delivery through local Carters/ADF 5 Water filling point will be at Hog Bay Road, Stand Pipe between 7.00 am and 7.00 pm. Water issued by SA Water personnel (community support) upon SA Water approval. Process 2. Private water request process 1 Land owners contact local water carters 2 Local water carters shall submit all request forms to servicecontinuity@sawater.com.au. Escalation issue to contact Tania Davis phone 0409 886 723. 3 SA Water provides approval and coordinate delivery to local carters/ADF. Maximum 9000 L. 4 Water filling point will be at hog Bay Road stand pipe between 7.00 am and 7.00 pm. Water issued by SA Water personnel (community support) upon SA Water approval. Process 3. Local land owners with an existing arrangement with council can source water via existing means to volume of 1,500 Litres. End.
