Minimum design and construction requirements
The SAHT's Design & Construction contract includes the Minimum Design and Construction specification (MDCS) and calls up the design requirements of SAHT's Design Guidelines for Sustainable Housing and Liveable Neighbourhoods.

Property and Maintenance Technical Specification
