This annual report will be presented to Parliament to meet the statutory reporting requirements of the Public Sector Act 2009, Public Sector Regulations 2025, Ageing and Adult Safeguarding Act 1995, Carers Recognition Act 2005, Climate Change and Greenhouse Emissions Reduction Act 2007, Disability Inclusion Act 2018, Gaming Machines Act 1992, Julia Farr Services (Trusts) Act 2007, Retirement Villages Act 2016, Youth Justice Administration Act 2016, and the requirements of Premier and Cabinet Circular PC013 Annual Reporting Requirements.
This report is verified to be accurate for the purposes of annual reporting to the Parliament of South Australia.
