The Murray Bridge Community Centre will develop a program that reduces loneliness and fosters connection. The Centre will work alongside critical organisations to identify older community members who are living at home but may be experiencing loneliness and seeking opportunities to interact with others. This program will provide those resources, by encouraging them into a supportive environment, that provides social support and opportunities for friendship, movement and meaningful connection.	$50,000
Umeewarra Aboriginal Media Association Inc	Far North	Yarning Circle of Elders	The Yarning Circle of Elders project will create a regular space for Elders to come together, yarn, and share their stories with the community. Once a month, Elders will gather to pass on knowledge, culture, and life experiences in a supportive environment. These sessions will be recorded and celebrated so their voices and wisdom can continue to guide future generations. The aim is to strengthen cultural pride, build connections between young and old, and ensure that valuable stories are not lost but kept alive for community today and into the future.	$50,000
Common Equity Housing South Australia LTD	Metropolitan Adelaide; Barossa, Light and Lower North; Yorke and Mid North	Her Home, Her Future: co-designing cooperative housing with and for single financially disadvantaged women	The Her Home, Her Future project will engage older women in exploring their housing options and co-designing models that reflect their aspirations and needs. It will empower older women to shape housing solutions that support ageing well, community connection, and long-term security. It will strengthen their capacity for working democratically with others to make decisions. The project aims to raise awareness of the benefits of cooperative housing, develop appropriate solutions, and inspire women to work together to realise those benefits.	$50,000
Community Justice Services SA Ltd	Southern Adelaide, Fleurieu and Kangaroo Island, Limestone Coast, Murray and Mallee	Safe & Sound: Legal Literacy for Seniors	The Safe & Sound: Legal Literacy for Seniors project will develop a legal toolkit that will support older South Australians through life transitions and promote resilience. A co-design group of older South Australians and legal professionals will guide the project and create the resources. Consultations across metropolitan and regional SA will identify key legal themes across life stages, with a focus on legal security in later life. Community stakeholders will be encouraged to use and share the resources, strengthening legal wellbeing and support networks for older South Australians.	$50,000
