Court Advice and Bail Supervision Services (CABSS)

In the Adelaide Youth Court  staff from CABSS will be present for all young people held on remand or Police Custody. CABSS focuses upon the ‘front end’ of the Youth Justice business and aims to use appropriately targeted court responses, based on accurate and informed assessment, to maximise a young person’s chances of rehabilitation and reintegration back into the community. By providing this court based service to young people, their families and other stakeholders, CABSS aims to support improved client outcomes.
