Basic user training
All new users should:
1. Complete the Homeless2Home Basic User Training Workbook (PDF 717.2 KB)
2. Read the H2H User Guide (PDF 7.5 MB), and
3. Learn about the Specialist Homelessness Services Collection in the Specialist Homelessness Services Collection Manual (PDF 3.4 MB).
Agency specific training
Specialist Homelessness Sector (SHS) agencies can request a custom training session for their agency or alliance. To request training, complete the H2H Specialised Training Request Form. Please note, there are limited training spots available, so there may be a waiting period.

Only authorised staff members from specialist homelessness agencies will be able to access the Homeless2Home System.
New user
When applying for access ensure you understand user role descriptions outlined in the H2H user guide (PDF 7.5 MB) and complete the New user agreement form (PDF 350.7 KB).

Organisations and agencies
To set up or amend agency details on the Homeless2Home System, please complete the H2H agency agreement form (PDF 222.7 KB).
When a client’s permission is required, you must:
- Inform the client why their information is being recorded.
- Tell the client how their information will be used.
- Provide the client with the Notice of information provision (PDF 284.8 KB), which explains how de-personalised data is used and how personal details are protected.
Clients must give permission before their information can be shared with another agency (unless under Information Sharing Guidelines). This permission can be given:
- Verbally
- In writing, using the Consent to share information form (PDF 230.3 KB) or an agency-specific consent form.
