Grants SA conducts up to four open grant rounds each financial year to provide one-off funding to eligible community organisations for projects with outcomes of improved community participation, social inclusion, wellbeing, and quality of life for people living and working in South Australia.
Funding is prioritised to support people and/or communities experiencing vulnerability or disadvantage and face additional barriers to accessing services, including Aboriginal peoples, people from new and emerging culturally and linguistically diverse communities (CALD), people living with a disability, members of the LGBTIQA+ community and those in regional and remote South Australia.
Grant Guidelines and Funding Focus
Each grant round has a set of guidelines detailing eligibility to apply and the funding focus to help organisations write their grant application. As grant rounds can have different funding focus, it is recommended to read the guidelines for Available grants (link insert)
PLEASE NOTE that some grant rounds may have additional eligibility criteria, for example only for eligible organisations with annual turnover of less than $3m.
