Connect and Socialise with CAASSA (Community Access & Services SA)

The Social Support Group is a community-based program designed to bring people together in a friendly, safe, and supportive environment.

Participants have the opportunity to socialise, build friendships, share experiences, and take part in enjoyable group activities.

The program promotes social inclusion, emotional wellbeing, confidence, and community engagement while helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.

Through meaningful interactions and peer support, participants can strengthen their social connections and enhance their overall quality of life.
