Celebrate South Australia's Week of Ageing Well with a fun and welcoming community event at Hackham West Community Centre.
Open to seniors, families, friends and community members of all ages, this free event highlights the importance of staying active, connected and engaged across generations.
The program includes:
Gentle Chair Exercises and Movement with Tammy Arjona (10:45am - 11:30am)
Interactive Magic Show with Magician Scott Stunz (12:00pm - 12:45pm)
Free afternoon tea (12:45pm - 2:00pm)
