- Organisational Survey completed via ‘Emerging Minds Focus’ (survey only)
- Change Team complete survey in ‘Emerging Minds Focus’
- Action Plan developed by each organisation. Actions are allocated to each Change Team.

- Activating Action Plan
- Change Team reviews Action Plan to a regular basis to celebrate progress
- Workshops: face to face agency support workshops
- EIRD Trauma Responsive Champion collaborates with the Trauma Responsive Champions Network to facilitate shared learning and trauma responsive capacity building
