  1. Trauma Responsive Champion and Change Team are identified for each organisation
  2. Organisational Survey completed via ‘Emerging Minds Focus’ (survey only)
  3. Change Team complete survey in ‘Emerging Minds Focus’
  4. Action Plan developed by each organisation. Actions are allocated to each Change Team.

Ongoing activities after the Action Plan is developed:

  1. Activating Action Plan
  2. Change Team reviews Action Plan to a regular basis to celebrate progress
  3. Workshops: face to face agency support workshops
  4. EIRD Trauma Responsive Champion collaborates with the Trauma Responsive Champions Network to facilitate shared learning and trauma responsive capacity building
