Applications are now open for grant funding for initiatives that promote a more inclusive South Australia for people with disability. The grant program, funded by the Home for the Incurables Trust, is being administered by the Department of Human Services.
Grant funding will be available in two tiers:
- Tier 1: Up to $20,000 delivered over 12 months
- Tier 2: Up to $100,000 delivered over 24 months.
There will be two grant rounds within the 2025–2026 financial year.
During the 2025–2026 grant rounds, funding is available to eligible organisations for projects that foster Inclusive Environments and Communities.
The grant program is seeking applications for creative, community-driven projects that enhance:
- active participation and inclusive communities
- inclusive behaviours and attitudes
- accessibility to natural and built environments
- accessibility of communication and information
- cultural and creative participation
- access to technology and digital inclusion.
