Children and young people:

Parents/care givers and families:

  • have improved parenting skills
  • have stronger attachment to children
  • experience greater sense of agency indecisions.

Families:

  • have improved social and environmental conditions for strong families

Key outcome 2 – Children, young people, parents/care givers are influencing decisions and reaching potential

Increased capability to influence decisions

Children, young people, parents/care givers, and families:

  • Have a voice in identifying their strengths (including cultural strengths) and priority needs
  • Participate in decision making about services and support they receive
  • Participate in evaluation of services received to inform service improvement
  • Can influence decisions in their community.

Aboriginal communities:

  • Have a voice in expressing family strengths (including cultural strengths) and priority needs
  • Participate in decision making about services and support provided to families
  • Participate in evaluation of services received by families to inform service improvement.

Increased capability to achieve potential

Children and young people:

  • Are meeting developmental milestones
